Bay Area Aussies, Kiwis and Saffas

We are a group of Australian, New Zealander and South African expats living and working in the Bay Area. The purpose of this group is to socialise (or is that socialize) with each other and share our experiences of being an expat in the USA.

The meetups include BBQs, social gatherings at bars and restaurants, celebration of cultural holidays (Australia Day, ANZAC Day, Waitangi Day) and getting together to watch sporting events.

The group is open to members of all ages. As well as expats, we also welcome those that may have temporarily lived in Aus/NZ/SA and miss the local culture. We organize meetups in San Francisco the Peninsula and the South Bay.

If you have any ideas for an event then please let one of the organisers know. The mailing list for this group is turned off so that you will not receive any spam. If you would like to post a message to everyone, then use the message boards.
