The purpose of this group is to help Western expats in Kuwait meet each other.   Different events will be organized for socializing.   If you're new or not so new in Kuwait and would like to meet other western expats join us.

FOJIK happens because we continue to meet so many lovers of the Caribbean island of Jamaica here in Kuwait, neighboring Gulf countries and from the Middle East. We hope to galvanize these interest as we facilitate environments where fellow Jamaican expats and admirers alike can meet once per month for anything Jamaica. This group is opened to anyone here in Kuwait that has a passion for the beautiful island of Jamaica and it's dynamic culture.

We decided to start this group out of the sheer number of BAMA Fans we met living and working in Kuwait. We saw some of their EXCITEMENT during and after the last National Championship Game we played with LSU. Our initial goal is to meet once per month and watch one Crimson Tide National Championship Game of past years. Later as a group we can explore other goals.
