Living and parenting in a foreign country has its own special challenges, and often we feel disconnected from our support network of friends and family back home. Let’s meet up, share our stories, and compare notes! I’m open to suggestions for activities, whether it be meeting for coffees, organizing play dates for the littlies, or going for walks.

I lived in Kent most of my life but commuted into London for over 10 years. Ive been living in Welly since 2010. The things I miss most about London town are: Soho - awesome pubs you can stand outside and have a drink especially in the summer time Tube - believe or not I miss the underground! What better way to start the weekend then with Friday Drinks? This group is all about a smooth transition from workweek to weekend together with friends and new people. And because we like to test out different places we change venue every month. This group is for Wellingtonians old and new: - new ones who have moved here from another country, or moved here from another part of New Zealand, as well those who have always called Wellington home.
